
Dear Members,
Please be advised that during the upcoming winter season, there will be multiple construction projects taking place within Seacrest Beach Club. Work will be occurring on Cart Lane, Basra Lane, and Seacrest Drive, and residents should anticipate an increase in construction activity, large vehicles, and equipment in these areas.
The Board will be communicating directly with property owners and their contractor representatives to ensure that all work is conducted with respect for the community, and that every reasonable effort is made to keep properties and common areas orderly, clean, and safe.
For our year-round residents, we ask that you remain vigilant during this period. Should you observe any conditions that compromise the safety, cleanliness, or wellbeing of our community, please promptly notify me or any member of the Board.
