There is ice water at top of dunes. Please have a cup on your way on and off the beach, throw away your cups! There is a SE breeze right now, but who knows how long it will last.

Get cramps

Get a headache

Are weak

Are tired

Are lethargic

Haven’t urinated in a very long time

 

SEE A LIFEGUARD IMMEDIATELY.  

 

STAY HYDRAYTED. BE SMART. ALCOHOL NORMALLY NOT PERMITTED, I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DRINKING OFF THE BEACH EITHER. AVOID CAFFEINATED BEVERAGES.
